Description:

Hawaii truly is a scuba divers paradise for the certified diver. You have many options. Join us for a two tank, two location boat dive to one of our ship wrecks followed by a shallow reef dive with a long bottom time. If you are Open Water Certified, dive for three days and get your PADI Advanced Open Water certification for FREE. Some like to dive all day. You can too.

Do the morning dive and then stay with us for  the afternoon dives. That’s four dives with some long bottom times to log in your log book. We take lots of pictures. We also have camera rentals. Both still and video cameras. If you are really game go for a night dive and check out the reefs after dark. Personally the Yo 257 / San Pedro shipwreck combo has got to be my favorite dive in the world. It’s two shipwrecks side by side. They were placed there in the 80s by Atlantis Submarines.

During your dive the Submarine may pass by and you can take their picture while they are taking yours. The reef is full of life from a wide variety of fish, turtles, octopus and white tip sharks. Eagle rays swim by quit often. If the current is not too strong you can swim over to the remains of two interisland jets. Another option is the Sea Tiger. It’s a single wreck in over 100′ or 30plus meters depth. This ship was sunk in July of 1999 by the Voyager Submarine Company. They are no longer around but the wreck has matured as a living reef for us to enjoy. There is lots to see and some really cool swim throughs. You might like to dive the Corsair a World war two fighter and get your picture sitting in the cockpit. Your second dive will to be to a shallow reef with a long bottom time.

The minimum age is 10 years old, with a depth limit of 40 feet for introductory divers. The minimum age for a deep or wreck dive is 15 years old.

I lost or forget my certification card? Can I still dive the wrecks?
Sure, but you will have to log in to website of the certification board (i.e., PADI) and retrieve the information. You can still dive the shallow sites without your certification information, but we are prohibited from taking you below 40 feet without it. Sorry, PADI rules.

First time diving in the states, and it couldn’t have been any better! Scuba Diving was on my to-do list while visiting Hawaii and Max was able to make it happen at last minute notice. He provided a fun and laid-back environment and set up the equipment to make the transition to the water effortless. Our first dive was on a double wreck, the YO-257, which was absolutely mesmerizing! I was able to practice my buoyancy by swimming through openings in both of the ships. The second was a reef dive that’s shaped like a horseshoe. We saw SO many green sea turtles, and Max was able to find a baby octopus! Overall, It was a great experience and would book a dive trip again with Max.
